Digital Products Policy Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day review period from the date of purchase.
Eligibility for Refunds You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if:
- The digital product is not as described
- The file is corrupted or inaccessible and we are unable to resolve the issue
- You have not downloaded or accessed the product
Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it is no longer eligible for a refund.

Damages and Issues If you experience any technical issues accessing your digital product, please contact us immediately at leod09687@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Refundable Items The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Products that have been downloaded or accessed
- Sale items and gift cards
- Requests made after 30 days of purchase
Exchanges As digital products are delivered instantly, we do not offer exchanges. If you purchased the wrong item, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist you.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling Off Period If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase, provided the digital content has not been accessed or downloaded. By downloading or accessing the product, you waive this right.
Refund Processing Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at leod09687@gmail.com.
